Stamping Overview
Exact Tool & Die, Inc.’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility contains various metal stamping
machines.
Our stamping service covers over 50,000 square feet, and gives us the capability to produce stampings
ranging
from 30 to 550 tons, with a maximum bed size of up to 110 inches. Our press lines are equipped with
electronic
roll feed and advanced de-coiling systems that provide our customers with the accuracy and repeatability
required in today’s competitive market.
Our stamping processes are integrated with an ERP system which enables us to better manage our machine
capacities,
adjust to changes in delivery forecasts, and accommodate unplanned shifts in demand from our customers.
