Company History
Exact Tool & Die, Inc. founder, Frank Chesek, Sr., a European immigrant, started Exact Tool & Die, Inc.
in September of 1978.
The first location of Exact Tool & Die, Inc. was in a 4,000 square foot facility approximately 1.25 miles
from its present location.
From this humble beginning, Exact Tool & Die, Inc. grew, and in 1994 brought to life the vision of the
family’s dream by the
construction of a new 30,000 square foot facility located at 5425 West 140th Street in Brook Park, OH. In
the fall of 2000,
there was further expansion thus creating a facility with a total of 68,000 square feet.
Throughout the years, Frank Sr. worked tirelessly to help grow Exact Tool & Die, Inc. from a small Die
repair
and Die build company into a well-known manufacturing metal stamping and Die design business.
Frank’s son is the owner and President of Exact Tool & Die, Inc. Throughout his high school years, Frank
K. Chesek worked with his father
to learn the intricacies of operating a manufacturing business from the ground up. Frank K. Chesek
officially joined Exact Tool & Die, Inc.
in 1985 and has been influencing new technologies and new manufacturing methods to help grow the company
into a state-of-the art manufacturing
facility. The company has successfully transitioned into a second generation owned and managed company.
